Months on the ground. Mapping territories, understanding dealer psychology, learning how markets actually work — not from boardrooms, but from shop floors and construction sites across Karnataka, AP, and Telangana.

At some point, building more stopped being the answer. The real shift came from learning what to say no to — cutting the noise, dropping the projects that looked good but led nowhere, and doubling down on the few things that actually compounded.
